ematec exhibits for the third time at the international trade fair "WindEnergy" in Hamburg.
2017

20 years of ematec

ematec turns 20 years old. To celebrate this anniversary, the entire "ematec family" comes together for an entertaining evening.
2016

WindEnergy exhibition

in Hamburg

ematec exhibits the blade yoke at the Hamburg WindEnergy exhibition and further expands its wind energy activities.

Material warehouse extension

Extension of our materials store for semi-finished products.

Increasing the parking area

Due to the growing demand for parking spaces for our employees, the parking lot will be enlarged. Existing garages are moved and expanded by new ones. At the same time, the factory entrances will be expanded by new sliding gates and boom barrier gates to improve access.

Participation at the Allgäu Airport

ematec buys shares in the Allgäu-Airport Memmingen thus showing their commitment to the development of the region's infrastructure.
2015

Extension of our production hall

ematec invests into the extension of our production hall to accommodate a new material warehouse.

Increase of the vertical production depth

ematec extends their machining department by a machining centre with 5 axes thus increasing their degree of vertical Integration.
2014

New version of the rotor blade lifter

ematec builds a new version of the rotor blade lifter with which it is possible to tilt the blade by 30° during its installation when a "bunny-ear" installation is desired.

Exhibition stand at WindEnergy Hamburg

ematec exhibits for the first time at the Hamburg WindEnergy, the leading trade fair of the wind industry.
2013

New ERP-System

With the switchover to a new ERP System, our internal work flow has become even more efficent.

Establishment on the wind power market

We have received follow-up orders for more rotor blade lifters. This firmly establishes ematec AG on the wind power market. A number of interesting inquires promise more projects on that sector.

Expansion of machining

We expanded our machining department  by adding a turning and milling centre as well as a multi-axis machining centre.
2012

RBT 11.5 Rotor Blade Lifter

With the RBT 11.5 Rotor Blade Lifter ematec AG has designed and built a groundbreaking new lifting equipment for the assembly and disassembly of rotor blades in wind power plants.

Moving into new rooms

Production in our new assembly hall is up and running. In addition, now the new ample social rooms, a kitchen and several meeting rooms as well as an archive room are ready. And last, but not least, our health center is fully equiped and ready for use.

ematec is growing

The extension of our existing production and assembly hall is now complete making an additional shop floor space of about 2000 square meters available for production, assembly and storage.
2011

Tool magazines for GROB

& continuation of hall extensions

Start of the tool magazine series manufacture for Grob Werke Mindelheim.
Construction work for the extension of our factory hall continues with the assembly of the steel skeleton.

Cooperation

with Pfeifer Seil- und Hebetechnik

ematec AG and Pfeifer Seil- und Hebetechnik GmbH, Memmingen, sign a cooperation agreement.
2010

Enclargement of the ribbon windows

Enclargement of the ribbon windows on the north side of the hall.

Foundations are poured

Construction work for the extension of our factory hall proceeds. Concrete foundations for the next seven segments have been laid.
2009

Photovoltaic installation

Commissioning of a photovoltaic installation with a 75 kW output.

Warehouse tent is extended

The warehouse tent is extended to an area of approx. 500 m2. Undeveloped areas of the company premises are raised and stabilized in preparation of further construction work.
2008

Employees success participation

ematec AG offers profit participation certificates to its staff.

11 years of ematec AG

11 years after its establishment, ematec AG has a staff of 30 employees who generate a turnover of 4.5 mio. €.

Inauguration of the new premises

Inauguration, partner day and open days during the official inauguration of the new premises.
2007

ematec moves to Memmingerberg

ematec AG moves from the leased production location in Benningen to the company-owned premises in Memmingerberg.

Delivery to South-East Asia

ematec AG supplies the first built-on excavator to South-East Asia/Thailand.
For the first time, a built-on excavator M215 is mounted onto an ISUZU chassis, in cooperation with the new partner Sutee Group. The combination is shown at the Constech Trade Fair in Bangkok.

Ground-breaking

Ground-breaking ceremony for the new production and administration buildings.

ematec is converted to a corporation.

Estbalishment of ematec AG and takeover of shares from the ematec e.K.

ematec exhibits at the Intermach in Thailand.

ematec AG is certified to ISO 9001.

Additional source of revenue

Mobile hydraulic units add another string to our bow and round off the earth-moving machinery portfolio.

ematec goes international

ematec goes international and exhibits at the Metalex Trade Fair in Bangkok on a joint Bavarian booth.
2003

First patent registration

First patent registration for a fall-off protection; 2 more patents and 4 utility patents will follow in the years to come.

5 years of ematec

The shop floor is full – after 5 years, ematec has established itself on many markets by offering a wide range of engineering expertise and products and is happy to have full order books.
The partnership network grows continuously – we mark our fifth anniversary with a party for our customers and suppliers.

ematec builds its first built-on excavator M213 on a Unimog chassis.

We buy our first trailer for assembly service.

ematec expands – by the end of 1997, ematec already employ a staff of 10.

Mechanical engineer Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Eberhard establishes ematec Maschinen- und Greiftechnik e.K. in Benningen.
ematec at first is a one-man company; but 4 weeks after ematec was established, the first employee is hired.

The first design is the ematec logo.
The first action is to secure the ematec domain for the internet.
The first commercial action is to buy a coffee machine.
After only 3 months, ematec already has 5 employees, and the first organisation flow chart is drawn up which ensures clear structures.
This tool is still employed today and is continuously updated.

ematec buys containers to use as offices.
Production and assembly are located in the sister company Trautwein GmbH.

ematec develops new hydraulic grabs for 1 to 22 tons excavator service weight.
