Which of us is not familiar with this situation: Despite well-organized filing, valuable working time is consistently lost in searching for documents. We want to counteract this fact by using new technologies. Therefore ematec introduces the "paperless administration". In the future, business documents should only be available in digital form. The organization of the scanned files will be realized with the help of the document management software (DMS). The path to a paperless future has been carefully prepared. The responsible colleagues completed training courses, they analyzed files and defined appropriate terms for keywording, with which the digitized documents can be retrieved more quickly. First test phases were successful. We look forward to the digital future and to an even more efficient administration and to an office without dominant filing cabinets.
