After celebrating the 20th anniversary of ematec, the ematec team came together again in 2017 to celebrate Christmas in the "Weinkuhlt" in Westerhart, a cosy and quaint rebuild former cowshed. The apprentice and our new colleague from the design and construction department provided entertaining, but also contemplative moments by performing their poems. Board member Manfred Eberhard used the festive setting to thank long-term employees for their loyalty to the company. Among them there were even three “employees from the very beginning” who were honored for their 20 years of loyalty to the company. At the annual fundraising, the guests present were generous as always. The donation proceeds will go to several social institutions in the region: Support is given to the disabled contact group, the Catholic Association for Social Services in Memmingen SKM, a rescue net association for people in difficult life situations called Sprungtuch, the children's hospice, the children's bridge, the Uganda association and the friends’ association of the clinical center Memmingen.
