With putting into operation of the machining department, ematec improved its vertical range of production.

By adapting the technical equipment, we have continuously responded to changing requirements. Because high demand for our rotor blade traverses is also expected in the coming years, not only the capacity of hydraulic cylinder production, but also the production of special components for the traverses of the RBC-D 50 series is to be increased. To achieve this, our machining department requires more space.

By purchasing a plot of land in the immediate vicinity of our company headquarters, the operating area has been expanded by 5,000 square meters. Now we have significantly more space available for machining. We were able to separate the turning and milling department from each other.

At the beginning of the year, we started relocation. After the turning lathes had been dismantled at their previous workplace, they were transported to their new location in a converted, spacious hall.
