The diverse tasks that result from the wide range of products from ematec require a high degree of flexibility and precision from our machining staff. With the commissioning of the department in 2012, our vertical range of manufacture has improved.

By continuously carrying out technical adjustments over the years, we have not only reacted to changing requirements, but also kept the capacity and efficiency of the machining at a high level.

In order to be able to handle future tasks in the usual way, the technology in this department has now been extensively modernized: A 5-axis machining centre VHC 3 from AXA and a numerically controlled lathe from DMG Mori increases the flexibility of the machining department and enables the production of special workpieces.
